Once an individual can experience simplest form of awareness, gained by the practice of Atmavedi Meditation for a few weeks, the basis for the practice of Samyama has been accomplished. Samyama is a meditation technique from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali in which dharana, dhyana and samadhi are taken together. Samyama on the Esoteric Maha-mantra is a special technique for the coming Krishna Golden Age to allow individuals to very quickly connect with their progenitor Gopa or Gopi, in the Absolute realm of Goloka.
How can one experience, and actually visit Goloka? That is a possibility for everyone now as the Krishna Golden Age is dawning. Krishna has given the world His Esoteric Maha-Mantra. Through the practice of samyama on the Esoteric Maha-Mantra, the individual experiences Goloka. But there is much more to this technique, something incredible; when you receive this initiation into the practice of samyama on the Esoteric Maha-Mantra, you also are connected to your Absolute Body so you can travel to and visit Goloka. With an Absolute Body, your entire destiny changes.
Here is a sample first experience with the Esoteric MahaMantra Technique:
Esoteric MahaMantra First Experience
The jîva is the fundamental, eternal life unit of every evolving being and hence a very important object of study for anyone who is interested in improving the quality and quantity of his or her life. If the jîva is eternal and the core of our individual life, why do we not have a much greater awareness of the jîva? Why do we only live for a few years? What happens to us after we die? Are we reborn in another body? Why is life so difficult to bear at times, even unbearable, and at other times so joyful? Knowledge of the jîva will provide the answers to these questions and many more.
Even though a jîva is made of nothing but consciousness, it has a very specific structure based on the S’rî Chakra, the universal jîva archetype. The S’rî Chakra is a geometrical knowledge construct. A geometrical knowledge construct is a precisely configured collection of fundamental geometrical patterns that completely define a specific realm of knowledge.
Most of us are not used to thinking in terms of knowledge contained in a geometric pattern. We might normally think about knowledge as a thought or collection of words. However, primordial knowledge that forms the basis of everything is in the form of precise, three-dimensional geometric patterns. These three-dimensional patterns arise in the medium of consciousness, like ripples on the surface of a still lake.
Like ripples in water, the primordial geometric knowledge constructs fade away if not refreshed. To refresh a primordial geometric knowledge construct, one must only bring it to mind and think about it. Whatever we put our attention on will be reinforced and grow stronger because attention infuses s’aktî into the object of attention. This is due to the spontaneous natural functioning of consciousness.
As a jîva, you have the opportunity to attain to Brahman Consciousness in this lifetime. Brahman Consciousness represents one of the highest ideals for a human life achievement. Brahman Consciousness is that state of consciousness which resonates in complete harmony with the vast consciousness of the Creator, Lord Brahma. One who lives in Brahman Consciousness is literally the Divine incarnate, always acting in perfect accord with all the Laws of Nature and radiating a life supporting and uplifting influence to everyone he or she contacts.
When Lord Brahma created this universe as a playground for the jîvas to experience and return to the state of Moksha, He gave us 5 bodies or koshas. One is physical and the other 4 are non-physical:
Anamaya Kosha - the physical body
Pranamaya Kosha - the energy or emotional body - the Astral Realm
Manomaya Kosha - the mental body and the Realm of the Celestials
Vijñanamaya Kosha - the causal body and the highest Celestial Realm
Anandamaya Kosha - the body of Bliss which we all share, this is the entire universe.
When we attain Brahman Consciousness we develop all of our bodies and learn to operate from each one of them. When the physical body expires, the pranamaya kosha will also expire and we will continue service to the universe in our Manomaya and Vijñanamaya Koshas until the end of the lifetime of Lord Brahma. By then we could have made the connection with our Absolute Body and will be able to establish permanent residence in Goloka with Krishna.
However, today there is an unprecedented opportunity because of the coming Krishna Golden Age. Krishna is inviting all of His devotees to connect to their Absolute Body now. This happens through the Esoteric Maha-Mantra initiation.

Preface
I wrote this book to try to convey my sense of awe and excitement about the times we live in today. This classic phrase, which opens A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens, seems to exactly relay the situation before us in our present day:

Chapter 3. Karma
Religions often refer to God's Judgment and how He metes out punishment for sins and transgressions against Him. This is a somewhat irrational way to explain karma. Visvamitra is the name given to me by Guru Dev when he accepted responsibility for my evolution and existence in September 1994.
