The purpose of human existence is to rise above the illusion of existence. To "exist" is to be separate from or to stand out from. In the Vedic literature, specifically the Yoga Vasishta, we understand the true nature of the Universe and the conclusion is our lives are pure illusion.
There is only one Being in this Universe and that is the Creator. All of the people are dream creatures in the Mind of the Creator. To elevate individual consciousness above the illusion to become established in the Consciousness of the Creator is to achieve the highest level of Moksha available in this Universe, i.e., Brahman Consciousness. This is the Realization "Aham Brahmasmi" or "I am the Creator [of this Universe]".
Brahman Consciousness is the objective of the Doctor of Divinity in Brahman Consciousness program. This course of study has an experience component and a knowledge component. Knowledge fosters greater experience and experience opens the awareness to greater knowledge.
The experience component is the Brahman Consciousness Community Manifestation Virtual Vitara Meditation, also called the Sahasra Sirsha Brahma (thousand minds of the creator) Meditation. The objective of this meditation is to manifest 1,000 Spiritual Communities as the home for one million people. It works by changing the dream of this Universe in the Mind of the Creator.
When we have a lucid dream, that is a dream in which we know we are dreaming, we can literally do anything. A dream creature that appears as a monster can be instantly changed to a beautiful being with just our slight intention. If fact, if we try to change the appearance, it will not succeed. Thinking on this level of the lucid dream is most delicate. Thoughts must be very subtle and faint but always with full confidence, no doubt whatsoever, that the intention will instantly manifest.
Having the experience of manifesting in the mind during a lucid dream builds a floor of confidence and understanding that the so-called "real" world works exactly like that too - if one can think from the level of the Consciousness of the Creator.
The Sahasra Sirsha Brahma Meditation is the laboratory of experimentation to validate all that we learn to be true in the Yoga Vasishta. As we build on knowledge with experience and build on experience with more knowledge, we are climbing the stairway to Heaven to literally become the Creator of this Universe.
A doctorate degree has a dissertation that must be delivered to establish the candidate, in peer review, as having accomplished a significant step forward in the body of human knowledge and experience. This is the Doctor of Divinity Degree so the dissertation must be an example of how the individual is actually the Divine Incarnate. Hence, the dissertation for this Degree is The Goloka Project to manifest 1,000 Spiritual Communities for one million people and attract those one million people who will finance the project and eventually move into their new homes, all in the span of five years, ending December 31, 2025.
We are accepting candidates into this program until we have 1,000. At that time we expect the Sahasra Sirsha Brahma Emergence Event to occur. "In philosophy, systems theory, science, and art, emergence occurs when an entity is observed to have properties its parts do not have on their own, properties or behaviors which emerge only when the parts interact in a wider whole. Emergence plays a central role in theories of integrative levels and of complex systems. For instance, the phenomenon of life as studied in biology is an emergent property of chemistry, and many psychological phenomena are known to emerge from underlying neurobiological processes."1
This Sahasra Sirsha Brahma Emergence Event will cause the entire group group to function as the Mind of the Creator operating in the physical realm. Then we, as members of SSB, will see what will appear to others as a miracle as the 1,000 communities manifest.
The energy of the Sahasra Sirsha Brahma Emergence will propel all members of the group into the experience of Brahman Consciousness. This experience will be highly effective at balancing the karmic traces that separate the individual from the experience of Brahman Consciousness.
All in the SSB Emergence who have been successful at allowing the balancing of their karmic traces will remain in BC when the program ends on December 31, 2025. Those individuals will be considered the Graduates and will be awarded their Doctor of Divinity degrees.
The foundation for our success in The Goloka Project Brahman Consciousness Community Manifestation Program is the support of the Ekam Vitara Network. Therefore every student will become a member of this Network for rapid elevation to higher states of consciousness.
The Mission of the Ekam Vitara Network
The mission of the Ekam Vitara Network is to empower one million people to achieve higher states of consciousness. The collective consciousness that is formed by these one million people is the basis for an entirely new way of living for everyone on Earth. Everyone will participate in and enjoy a new era of world peace, prosperity, love and happiness.
How the Ekam Vitara Network Will Fulfill This Mission
The Ekam Vitara is a technology that creates a high consciousness field, specific for each individual subscriber, that elevates the consciousness of these individuals to their next higher level. The elevation of consciousness that one experiences as a result of being in the Ekam Vitara Network is permanent and forms the foundation for their next step up, when the subscriber chooses to activate their next level of consciousness. This process can be repeated again and again until the highest level of consciousness available to the human being is experienced.
Today we're going to be learning the technique of Dharana. Dharana is the most basic fundamental technique of the five that we use in the Brahman Consciousness Community Manifestation program. And Dharana is the fundamental technique of all meditation techniques.
This is the simple technique of thinking a mantra. It's so simple. You're going to be amazed at how simple and beautiful it is, at the same time. This is the technique in which you are going to be thinking a sound. Normally we think words, and words have meaning. We think what we're going to say, something we have thought, there are all kinds of words, with meaning behind every word. That's the normal way of thinking. But that is not Dharana. Dharana is thinking a sound so we're going to learn how to think a sound. It's not a different really from thinking a word that has a meaning. But just let go of the idea that everything you think must mean something, because it doesn't. The Mantras we think don’t have meaning at all. They are frequency vibrations, they resonate in your consciousness and in that resonating in your consciousness, what they actually do is contact deep levels of yourself.
The Silent Witness is the basis of the technique of Dhyana. Dhyana is observing the conscious thinking mind from a higher level of consciousness. We have five bodies, we have five koshas, koshas are coverings. That's what kosha means covering. So these are coverings of consciousness. And within these five koshas, we have, each kosha has a mind. Within the conscious thinking mind, we do not have access to the silent witness. But if we transcend to the subconscious mind, there it is. And it's quite easy to find.
But what is it, the Silent Witness? It is you on a deeper level, and ultimately, it is you as the creator of the universe, and ultimately, even beyond that, it is you, Krishna, the creator of the creators of the universe.
The Silent Witness is your direct connection with who you ultimately are, which is Krishna, just like there's only one being in this universe. If we look around this zoom chat conference room, and see there are nine participants we are misled into believing there are nine people here. That's not correct. That's an illusion. Ultimately, there's only one person here and that is the creator of this universe.
04 - Brahman Consciousness Manifestation Meditation Training in Samyama
Samyama is the amazing technique of creation. Samyama is the mental technique strictly meant to create from pure consciousness. So let's see how that works. It's a technique that was used and is being used right now by the creator of this universe. It's a technique you already know because you are the creator of this universe. So I'm just going to remind you how to create.
This is really a very simple formula given to us by Maharishi Patanjali. Maharishi Patanjali about 1600 years ago wrote the treatise called Yoga Sutras. And in the Yoga Sutras, he delineated the exact technique to create from pure consciousness. He said, we have a combination of Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi.
05 - Brahman Consciousness Manifestation Meditation Training in TriMana Samyama
Today we want to explore a new technique, deepening of our experience of Samyama. It's called TriMana Samyama. TriMana Samyama means three mind Samyama Okay, so what are the three minds?
Well, we have the conscious thinking mind that represents about 10% of this complex of three minds. And it's centered around the physical brain and the firing of the neurons and the memories in the physical brain. So, that is a small part of it, we use the conscious thinking mind to begin the process by thinking.
Then, deeper than the conscious thinking mind is the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind exists below or more subtle, than the conscious thinking mind in the Prana Maya kosha, which is the energy body. It is the body where the karmic traces associated with emotions are stored. So, we want to integrate the PranaMaya Kosha and the physical body because this separation is artificial. It is actually created by the individual karmic traces that we bring into this lifetime, in this particular period of Kali Yuga.
06 - Brahman Consciousness Manifestation Meditation Training in Yogic Flying Part 1
Today we want to talk about the yogic flying and the flying sutra. This is really the most significant of the yoga sutras of Patanjali for fast development of higher states of consciousness. The only thing between us and full enlightenment are the karmic traces. So, this is what the sutra focuses on. Balancing, of karmic traces, and integrating prana body and physical body. In the grand scheme of things, prana body and physical body are not supposed to be fragmented, separate. Prana body should be 100% integrated with physical body.
It used to be that way, in our ancestors, we had lifetimes like that. During sat yuga, when the human being was literally created in the image of the Divine we had these abilities of levitation, teleportation, the ability to live being sustained only by the prana field without the need for eating physical food. In fact, after the time when the physical body was completely developed in adulthood, about age 25, it wasn't even necessary to breathe, we would only take in air to provide the physical medium for speech. If we needed to say something, if we needed to make a sound. We didn't have to make a sound because we could communicate very effectively from mind to mind.
But now in Kali yuga with all of the accumulation of karmic traces, the prana body is only five to 10%, integrated with physical body, barely able to keep the physical body alive. The physical body has degenerated to the point of being almost like any common animal that has to eat other beings in order to survive. Think about how sad that is. We have to kill and consume other living beings in order to maintain our own physical existence. It's not the way it is designed, it's not the way the physical body is designed to operate.
07 - Brahman Consciousness Manifestation Meditation Training in Yogic Flying Part 2
Today we want to move into the next step of the Yogic Flying Sutra. This is the sutra from the yoga sutras of Patanjali that was given to us by Maharishi Patanjali. The Yogic Flying Sutra is the most comprehensive sutra for the development of higher states of consciousness, because it works in an area that is critically defective in Kali Yuga.
So, what we have to do is supplement the practice of this sutra with some additional techniques to allow the sutra to fully manifest. What is keeping the sutra from fully manifesting is our individual karmic traces, we have this ability of levitation, of flying through the air, naturally part of our human physiology but the karmic traces stop it from being expressed. So that means when we can express it, we have balanced significant karmic traces on the level of the physical body that we go through these practices of meditation, thinking mantras and sutras, and we're balancing a lot of karmic traces on the subtle bodies. But this sutra, the flying sutra, it works on the physical body very strongly.
So this is the sutra that's going to bring us into full realization of Brahman Consciousness, where we are literally able to change the dream of the universe. That's why it's a very important part of our meditation program now, manifesting the communities around the world.
Now you are ready to begin attending the meditation sessions for the Brahman Consciousness Community Manifestation Program. Let's see how the guided manifestation meditation works.
Manifestation from Pure Consciousness arises from the Samyama Technique. With Samyama, there are these three aspects:
Dharana - thinking the sutra "dhyatva" while imagining some aspect of the target Community. This could be the Community as a whole from a bird's eye view, or some detail of the Community, such as the Meditation Dome or a housing triplex.
Dhyana - always remaining established as the Silent Witness when the conscious thinking mind is performing Dharana and witnessing this performance of the conscious think mind from this Higher Consciousness.
Samadhi - established as the Silent Witness and witnessing only Pure Consciousness, with no content in the mind; no thoughts, no expectations, no desires

I wrote this book to try to convey my sense of awe and excitement about the times we live in today. This classic phrase, which opens A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens, seems to exactly relay the situation before us in our present day:

Chapter 3. Karma
Religions often refer to God's Judgment and how He metes out punishment for sins and transgressions against Him. This is a somewhat irrational way to explain karma.
